Starting today, new Spectrum Business customers can secure internet services with speeds starting at 500 Mbps for $40 per month over 12 months when bundled with at least two other Spectrum products like Voice, Connect, Mobile, or TV. For those opting for higher speeds, there’s a three-year price guarantee on Ultra (750 Mbps) or Gig (1 Gig) internet when bundled similarly.
Moreover, existing Spectrum Business Ultra Internet customers will experience a complimentary 25% speed increase, moving from 600 Mbps to 750 Mbps, enhancing their connectivity without additional charges.

Originally introduced to residential customers, Spectrum’s Customer Commitment now extends to its business clientele, emphasizing reliability, transparency, and top-notch service. Cliff Hagan, Executive Vice President, Customer Operations, emphasized, “By extending our first-of-its-kind Customer Commitment to them, we are promising businesses reliable connectivity, transparency, and an exceptional experience they can depend on to continue serving their customers, and if we fall short, we’ll make it right with money-back guarantees.”
The commitment includes:
- Reliable Connectivity: A promise of continuous service, with credits for outages exceeding two hours (not including natural disasters or scheduled maintenance).
- Exceptional Service: 24/7 U.S.-based customer support, with a guarantee of technician availability within four hours for issues reported by 5 p.m. Additionally, there’s a 30-day money-back satisfaction guarantee on services and a 14-day guarantee on mobile devices.
