Sling TV Logins Will Soon Work on More Apps

SlingSling TV has long allowed you to use your Sling TV login to access WatchESPN, but now they are about to add more apps.

Sling TV’s website Q&A says they will soon be adding FOX NOW, FXNOW, Fox Sports Go, and The Nat Geo TV apps. This allows you to access not only the content on Sling TV but also all the content on apps, such as FXNOW, with your Sling TV login. Often these apps offer additional content not available through Sling TV, especially on-demand content.

To access these apps you will have to be a member of the Sling TV multi-stream beta program that includes the Fox Networks content. The multi-stream service is a standalone $20 plan that can be purchased from Sling TV with their current core $20 plan or on its own. Unlike the typical $20 plan from Sling TV that only allows one stream, the multi-stream beta service allows you to have up to three streams at once.

The beta multi-stream program also gives you access to channels not currently available as part of the old $20 core package such as Fox Networks and even regional Fox Sports Networks.

Currently the exact date has not been announced as to when your Sling TV login will work with FOX apps, but if the WatchESPN app is a guide it should happen in the next month or so.
