This deal is only for select subscribers, and you need to have received an email with the offer. Exactly how Sling TV is picking the lucky subscribers is unknown, but if you didn’t get the email you are likely out of luck. (Make sure to check your spam folder just in case it ended up there.)

Once you sign up you will need to complete the rebate form and upload 3 months of Sling TV statements to show you paid for Showtime for 3 months.
We are unsure how long this offer is good for, so if you got the email and want to take advantage of it I wouldn’t wait.
