Have you been thinking about trying Sling TV? Sling TV now offers its live TV service for just $30 for the 1st month. This is less than half of what many other live TV services charge. (After the first month Sling TV will be $40 a month.)
This news comes as Sling TV recently announced that they are now available on the Amazon Echo Shows for the 8″ and 10″ Echo shows. This means you can watch your favorite shows and live sporting events with Sling TV on your Echo Show.
Now both Hulu with live TV and Sling TV are available on Amazon’s small smart displays.
To get started, simply say, “Alexa, open Sling TV” and log in to your account. Once in the app, you can request specific channels by saying, “Alexa, tune into ESPN on Sling,” or “Alexa, watch CNN on Sling.” Alexa can also help you control your content hands free just say “Alexa, pause,” “Alexa, resume” or “Alexa, fast forward 10 seconds.”
Sling TV has already been available on the Echo Show 15 thanks to the built-in Fire TV.
Sling also offers extras for each plan and an abundance of premium channels.
