Sling TV Adds Three New Channels

kids1Today Sling TV added three new channels Sling Kids, TheBlaze, and Cheddar.

Sling TV already offers a variety of kid-friendly channels including NickToons, TeenNick, Boomerang, Baby TV, Kaboom, Disney Junior and Nick Jr., the new “Sling Kids” content adds more than 200 on-demand TV shows and movies for kids of all ages. Starting today, Sling Kids is available as part of the “Kids Extra” add-on pack at $5 per month for Sling Orange and Sling Blue subscribers, Sling Kids will now appear as a new channel in the guide, featuring over 200 on-demand TV shows. Organized by age group, Sling Kids will offer content that is both entertaining and appropriate for your children.

Age-appropriate Navigation
With more than 200 titles on Sling Kids, we wanted to make it as easy as possible for kids and parents to find the most age-appropriate shows and movies. The content from Sling Kids is organized by age group categories in an easy-to-navigate format, directly within the channel. Parents can be confident that their child can watch programs within in their own age group category without coming across programs that are not age appropriate. Sling Kids provides entertainment specifically curated for ages 2-4, 5-7 8-11 and 12+.

New Content
Available in the Kids Extra pack, priced at $5 per month, Sling Kids will include on-demand content from Kabillion, Kaboom and Splash. Your children can look forward to shows like “Sonic X” and “Chloe’s Closet,” as well as movies like “The Missing Lynx” and “My Friend Bernard.”

Cheddar

Cheddar is now live in all Sling TV customers’ channel guides. From the opening bell at 9 a.m. ET on the trading floor of the New York Stock Exchange, to the closing bell and recap of the day’s top stories at 5 p.m. ET, Cheddar brings a full day of insightful news to tech-enthusiasts across the country.

TheBlaze

TheBlaze, the 24/7 digital television network for of conservative voices. In addition to delivering Glenn Beck’s daily television broadcast, TheBlaze is dedicated to delivering thought-provoking news and opinion shows, topical comedies, family-friendly programming, specials and original documentaries.
