Sling TV Adds New Local Channels from Locast to Its AirTV Mini Guide

If Locast is available in your area, you can stream local channels including ABC, CBS, FOX, and NBC for free. With the new AirTV Mini update, those channels will be added right into your Sling TV guide with no need for an OTA antenna.

Locast has been expanding to new markets around the country and is now available in 29 markets, reaching 2.3 million registered users.

Here are the markets that can get local channels for free with Locast:

Haven’t picked up an AirTV Mini yet? Sling TV has a deal for you. When you prepay for two months of Sling, you can get a free AirTV Mini. Connect your new device with your Sling subscription and you’ll get 30+ live channels, plus free local channels with Locast.

Sling TV subscriptions start at $35/month. Locast is a free streaming service but will send notifications asking for a $5 monthly donation. If you’re new to Sling, be sure to check out the Sling Fling event, happening now.
