Sinclair Owned CBS Affiliates Will Stay on YouTube TV, Fubo, Hulu, & More After New Deal With Paramount

Today, Sinclair and Paramount announced a deal that will renew its contract for 23 CBS affiliates. This deal will also see YouTube TV, Fubo, Hulu, and more keep Sinclair-owned locals thanks to their deal with Paramount.

The agreement consists of renewals for the following CBS affiliates: WRGB in Albany, NY; KEYE in Austin, TX; KBAK in Bakersfield, CA; KFDM in Beaumont, TX; KBOI in Boise, ID; KGAN in Cedar Rapids, IA; WKRC in Cincinnati, OH; KRCG in Columbia, MO; KDBC in El Paso, TX; KVAL in Eugene, OR; WGFL in Gainesville, FL; WWMT in Grand Rapids, MI; WHP in Harrisburg, PA; KTVL in Medford, OR; KTVO in Ottumwa, IA; WGME in Portland, ME; KHQA in Quincy, IL; KUTV in Salt Lake City, UT; KPTH in Sioux City, IA; WSBT in South Bend, IN; WTVH in Syracuse, NY; WPEC in West Palm Beach, FL; and KIMA in Yakima, WA.

This is a multiyear deal that will see Sinclair continue to provide CBS programming on its 23 owned and managed CBS stations. Also, it keeps Sinclair included in the distribution deals with popular live TV streaming services through the Paramount streaming deal.

Sinclair owns 185 television stations in 86 markets. This deal only impacts the ones that offer CBS. No terms on exactly what this deal cost Sinclair and how long it will run where announced.
