Now, after a short hold on new signups, they are back and available to the public with a few changes based on feedback from their subscribers.
Signups
The first change is the signup process has been completely updated! In addition, the site should be able to handle the demand that they saw from the earlier beta.
SFN TV NOW also hopes to add a new customer side that will allow subscribers to change their packages or cancel their service without needing to contact customer service.
Packages
SFN TV NOW has also improved their most popular package, the core package, with more channels, and it now includes three devices rather than the two devices the old package started with. The new popular package will include over 70 channels and will cost $36.
With the update they are no longer taking signups for their sports and news package, but you can find the sports and news channels in the new popular package. If you are a current customer, they will be contacting you with an update via the email address you signed up with.
They Want Your Feedback
SFN TV NOW has opened a new feedback email address betafeedback@sfn-tv.com and are asking the public for feedback on their service. If you would like to send them feedback, you can contact them on their site here.
The service is still beta, meaning you may find a bug or two, but it is available to anyone living in the United States.
