Report: YouTube’s New Live TV Streaming Service Will Be Announced Today

YouTube has been hard at work on a new live TV streaming service for sometime now. Well little is still known about the service reports are big names like CBS have already signed up.

What we do know is the new online Live TV streaming service will be called YouTube Unplugged. Now according to a report the live TV service streamed over the internet, according to The New York Post. YouTube is holding a press event Tuesday afternoon to unveil the details.

Unplugged, which has been rumored for months, will be similar to Dish’s Sling TV and AT&T’s DIRECTV NOW, allowing you to subscribe to a so-called “skinny bundle” of popular pay TV channels. The New York Post’s report says Unplugged will cost $30 to $40 per month putting it in the same range of PlayStation Vue and DIRECTV NOW.
