Renewed products have been inspected and tested to work and look like new by an Amazon qualified and performance managed supplier who is either the seller of record, when that is not Amazon.com, or a third party vendor, when Amazon.com sells products that it sources from third party vendors.
The inspection and testing process typically includes a full diagnostic test, replacement of any defective parts, and a thorough cleaning process carried out by the supplier, or by Amazon. The products have minimal to no signs of wear and no visible cosmetic imperfections when held 12 inches away. The products may be packaged in a brown or white box and come with relevant accessories that may be generic.
