Reelgood: Apple TV+ ‘CODA’ was the Most Watched Film of the Week

Viewers are tuning in to Apple TV+ to see what all the hype is about surrounding its Academy Award winning film CODA. The Best Picture winner was the most-streamed title during the week ending March 30 according to Reelgood.

Another Oscar nominated film to make the top ten list was King Richard, which could be in demand in part by the kerfuffle that went down at the Academy Awards Ceremony at the hand of Actor Will Smith.

The new HALO series on Paramount+ was the second most popular title, breaking onto the chart it’s first week after premiering Thursday, March 24. Based on the iconic Xbox franchise, Halo’s epic universe and cast of characters come to life in the Paramount+ adaptation which takes place in the universe that first came to be in 2001, dramatizing an epic 26th-century conflict between humanity and an alien threat known as the Covenant.

The list has a pretty good representation of streaming services, pulling from Netflix, Hulu, Prime Video, and more.
