Redbox Brings 4K UHD Rentals to 15 New Cities

Today Redbox announced that they are expanding their 4K Ultra-HD movie rentals to 15 new markets. Now you will be able to rent 4K UHD movies for just $2.50 a night. New movies available to rent in 4K UHD include “Creed II” and “A Star is Born,” and more coming soon, including “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald” on March 12, “Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse” on March 19and “Aquaman” on March 26.

“Our customers have spoken – they love the quality of 4K content,” said Galen Smith, CEO of Redbox. “We’re happy to make 4K rentals available to even more movie fans, giving them more format choices than ever before so they can make the most of their Movie Night.”

Here are the cities that Redbox is bringing 4K UHD rentals to:

  1. Colorado Springs, Colo.
  2. Des Moines, Iowa
  3. Kansas City, Mo.
  4. Minneapolis, Minn.
  5. Portland, Ore.
  6. Reno, Nev.
  7. San Diego, Calif.
  8. San Francisco, Calif.
  9. Spokane, Wash.
  10. Austin, Texas
  11. Detroit, Mich.
  12. Los Angeles, Calif.
  13. Miami, Fla.
  14. New York City, N.Y.
  15. Seattle, Wash.
