Update: We are starting to get reports of PlayStation Vue being out on other devices including the Apple TV.
It’s trapped in an endless loop. Was looping to 8:57am est then freezing. All devices, all channels I tried. No response from @AskPlayStation and impossible to reach customer service via chat or phone. Wait times r insane. No statement for @AskPlayStation either.

As always remember that an outage in one area or device may not take down a service every user. For example, a user on Roku may have an outage but the PlayStation 4 may be streaming smoothly.
