PlayStation Vue Now Allows Streaming on Multiple PS4s At Once

Do you have multiple PS4s and a PS Vue subscription? You’re in luck. When you log into your PS Vue account on your PS4, you might see a message from PlayStation saying that PS Vue subscribers can now stream on multiple PS4s in the same house at the same time.

PS4 users have been quick to point out that this will be great for those who upgrade to a new PlayStation but want to keep the old one for streaming in another room, as well as for roommates who each have their own PS4 console.

According to the instructions on the screen, you can watch on multiple devices by logging into a second device as a guest. The screen also points to the PS Vue FAQ page. Under Supported Devices and Set Up, the page now says this about using PS4 consoles:

Two PS4™ consoles can be used at the same time in the same location, via Guest Login. To use Guest Login, open the PS Vue app on the second PS4™ system, click the button “Guest Login on this PS4”, and follow the instructions. These instructions explain how to log in as a guest using a web browser, as well as how to log in as a guest using the PlayStation app on your mobile device, making the process even quicker.

PS Vue subscribers can still stream on up to five devices simultaneously, total. Other supported devices include Apple TV, Android TV, Chromecast, iOS and Android mobile devices, Amazon Fire TV, and Roku.
