We are not sure what packages these channels are in as Sony has not updated their website but multiple readers have confirmed Stadium, The Tennis Channel, and Comet are now live on PlayStation Vue. The addition of The Tennis Channel and Comet TV was first announced for PlayStation Vue back in November of 2017. Yet it took almost a full year for the channels to go live. As with all things it may be announced but it can often take some time to go live.
Update: It looks like Stadium and The Tennis Channel are in the sports add-on and Comet is in their Core plan.
