Currently, the FX+ is only available if you edit an existing option. As of when this post went live Sony has not added it to the PlayStation Vue home page.
Here is How FX+ Works:
FX+ lets you experience FX AD FREE. Enjoy every current season of FX original series plus over 100 seasons and 1,400 episodes of all-time favorite FX originals perfectly uninterrupted. New episodes are available at the same time they air on live TV, but with no commercials, so you can finish first.

5-day free trial of FX+ valid for new subscribers to FX+ through PlayStation™Vue. A credit card is required to redeem your 5-day free trial, but there is no charge for this trial. Unless you cancel prior to the end of the 5-day free trial period, it will automatically convert to a subscription and you will be charged $5.99 every 30 days until you cancel. If you cancel your multi-channel plan subscription, your FX+ subscription will also be cancelled.
