Pixar’s Elio Gets Streaming Release Date

Disney and Pixar’s latest animated adventure, filled with a galaxy of humor, heart, and discovery, is officially coming home. The colorful “Communivers” of Elio gets its streaming release date, exclusively on Disney+ on Wednesday, September 17.

Blending Pixar’s signature and emotional storytelling, Elio follows imaginative, alien-obsessed Elio Solís as he makes first contact with extraterrestrials who mistake him for Earth’s ambassador. Grossing $154 million worldwide at the box office, Elio received mostly positive reviews from critics and audiences. The animated science fiction film is currently Certified Fresh and Verified Hot by Rotten Tomatoes.
