Paramount+ is expanding its college football lineup during the 2025 season as part of the Pac-12’s new media deal, per a report by Sports Business Journal. The new deal is for one year as the conference seeks a long-term media partner during its expansion, with ESPN and The CW joining CBS. The upcoming season is the final year of the Pac-12’s two-team membership of Washington State and Oregon State, with the conference adding six members in 2026.

According to the SBJ report, The CW is expected to air 9 games, which is the”bulk” of the package, and both ESPN and CBS will air two games each. Financial details weren’t available in the report, but SBJ reported each school’s schedule on the networks. CBS will air Washington State vs. Washington in the 2025 Boeing Apple Cup, which will also stream on Paramount+. Here’s the expected schedule for all 13 games per SBJ:

College football games that air on CBS stream on Paramount+. For the ESPN games, it’s likely that they would be available to stream on ESPN+, although it wasn’t reported. With a long-term media deal on the horizon, it was reported that Conference of Champions was in “productive” talks with ESPN, FOX, and CBS earlier this year. The conference needs to add one more football-playing member by the 2026 season to compete in the CFP and gain recognition as an FBS member.

With a media deal for 2025 reportedly finalized, the Pac-12 has more work to do before reaching the goal line by 2026.
