Paramount+ Launches ‘Mountain of Entertainment’ Campaign Teasing Upcoming Halo Series

Paramount+ kicked off a new ad campaign during Sunday’s AFC Championship beginning with a spot featuring prominent characters from the streamer’s show library all humming the Halo theme song in honor of the new series heading to Paramount+ later this year.

Paramount+ is no stranger to running expensive ad campaigns during prominent televised events. Last year, the streaming service celebrated its launch with a groundbreaking campaign during the Super Bowl.

This new “Mountain of Entertainment” campaign will run over approximately two months, with spots appearing during the Winter Olympics, March Madness, the NBA All-Star Game, The Grammy Awards, Good Morning America, American Idol, This is UsThe Walking Dead premiere, MLB opening night and other high-impact moments in the first quarter of 2022.

The new iteration of the “Mountain of Entertainment” campaign continues to bring together a humorous mismatch of characters from across Paramount+ properties, with the first spot starring iCarly’s Miranda Cosgrove, Halo’s Pablo Schreiber, The Good Fight’s Audra McDonald and Christine Baranski, Reno 911’s Thomas Lennon, South Park’s Cartman, Jackass’s Johnny Knoxville, NFL superstars Matt Judon and Jalen Hurts, and more. It will be hosted and also voiced over by Grammy Award® winner Tim McGraw, who currently stars in the record-breaking Paramount+ Original series 1883
