When it came time to announce the winners, Netflix led the pack, taking home 23 awards. Amazon won 8 Emmys, and Hulu won 4. Netflix tied with HBO for most Emmys won.
The night was a huge win for the streaming industry as a whole. Many original movies and series were given the limelight while further proving the legitimacy of streaming services as a source of quality content that audiences love.
