DIRECTV is adding to the channel lineup of its free streaming service, MyFree DIRECTV, with four WBTV-owned channels.

Discovery portfolio is a great addition to our fast-growing MyFree DIRECTV lineup, which continues to connect deeply devoted fans to a wide variety of their favorite programming at no cost,” said Kent Rees, General Manager at MyFree DIRECTV. “MyFree DIRECTV plays an important role in the new DIRECTV experience by introducing many people to our service – for free – for possibly the first time, or enhancing choice and value among the millions of consumers we already serve.”
Some users on the free streaming platform have seen these and other WBTV-owned channels popping up on their guides since April, with posts on message boards saying DIRECTV has been testing a list of channels. Now, some have found a permanent spot on the guide, with more on the way.
Here are the new channels now available on MyFree DIRECTV:
- Mythbusters: Two Hollywood special effects experts put urban legends to the test with wild experiments, death-defying stunts and more.
- Say Yes to the Dress: Kleinfeld Bridal makes each bride’s experience unforgettable in this show that is part bridal story, part makeover and part therapy session.
- Beach Day: Welcome to your ultimate escape to sun, surf, and seaside living! Follow families, couples, and solo dreamers as they search for the perfect beachside homes around the world. Grab your sunscreen—your dream beach home might be just one wave away!
- Bizarre Foods with Andrew Zimmern: Adventurous eater Andrew Zimmern crisscrosses the globe in search of the world’s most exotic foods and savors the local cuisine.
12 more Warner Bros. Discovery FAST channels will be added in the coming months including At the Movies, Classic Cinema, Crime Scenes, Ghosts Are Real, How To, I (Almost) Got Away With It, Living With Evil, Love Kills, Mysterious Worlds, Primetime Soaps, The Repair Shop, and Sweet Escapes.
