Movies Anywhere App Launches ‘My List’ Feature that will Automatically Organize Your Content

Movies Anywhere has added a new list feature to its app, allowing users to organize their movies and discover new recommendations. Now, users can visit the My Lists tab in My Movies to make new lists of movies based on their mood, genre, or any other category they’d like. What’s more, the new AI-powered feature can also automatically sort your current movies into categories for you.

That way, the Movies Anywhere app can sort your movies for you, based on your viewing and purchasing history and sorted by genres, people, franchises, or themes (for instance, organizing all your rom-coms or action movies into one list). You can then edit the auto-generated lists however you like by adding or removing titles, or create your own list from scratch.

Movies Anywhere allows users to keep their digital movie collections from Sony Pictures Entertainment, Universal Pictures (including DreamWorks and Illumination Entertainment), The Walt Disney Studios (including Disney, Pixar, Twentieth Century Studios, Marvel Studios and Lucasfilm), and Warner Bros. Entertainment together in one place.

The app syncs movie collections across digital accounts – Apple TV, Prime Video, Vudu/Walmart, Xfinity, Google Play/YouTube, Microsoft Movies & TV, Verizon Fios TV, and Samsung Smart TVS. The Movies Anywhere app is available on Apple and iOS, Apple TV, Roku, Kindle Fire, Amazon Fire TV, Chromecast, LG, Vizio, and Samsung.
