During San Diego Comic Con, MeTV shared details about its upcoming programming lineup.
This fall, the network will kick off a month-long Wizard of Oz event, starting with Lisa Whelchel hosting MeTV’s broadcast premiere of The Wizard of Oz. Viewers will also see “The Wonderful World of Oz,” original vignettes sharing behind-the-scenes stories from the film. A special episode of Collector’s Call will feature Oz collector Tori Calamito. And an episode of Svengoolie will focus on the film as part of the BOO-nanza festivities.

COLLECTOR’S CALL – Sundays at 6:30 PM ET/PT
In each episode of Collector’s Call, host Lisa Whelchel travels America exploring rarely seen and always fascinating private collections of the nation’s biggest collectors of pop culture and nostalgia memorabilia. Experts value the prized collectibles and try to tempt the collectors with a trade, offering a coveted item that could be the perfect addition to their collections. The collector must then make an agonizing decision to keep the current piece from their collection or to give it up for a new treasure. Will they make a trade? It’s the Collector’s Call!
SVENGOOLIE CLASSIC HORROR & SCI-FI MOVIE – Saturdays from 8-10:30 PM ET/PT
Beloved by fans of all ages and famous for showcasing both classic horror movies as well as campy or obscure titles, Svengoolie, aka Rich Koz, brings insightful horror movies facts and trivia, corny jokes and love for the genre to fans every Saturday night with his Svengoolie Classic Horror & Sci-Fi Movie. Sven is joined each week in his dungeon by The Sven Squad – Sarah Palmer is the gorgeous ghoul Gwengoolie, Scott Gryder is the devilishly ingratiating IMP (Ignatius Malvolio Prankerstein) and Bill Leff is the 800-year-old vampire Nostalgiaferatoo.
HOUSE OF SVENGOOLIE – Select Saturdays from 8-10:30 PM ET/PT
Svengoolie’s Sven Squad crew – Sarah Palmer as the gorgeous ghoul Gwengoolie, Scott Gryder as the devilishly ingratiating IMP (Ignatius Malvolio Prankerstein) and Bill Leff as the 800-year-old vampire Nostalgiaferatoo – unleash The House of Svengoolie on select Saturday nights, a dungeon takeover stuffed with surprises, screams and side-splitting fun.
MeTV’S HALLOWEEN BOO-NANZA – Coming October 2026
MeTV’s Halloween BOO-nanza is set to return this October on MeTV for its fifth haunting season, scaring up a month-long celebration of fright-filled, spooky and kooky classic horror and TV fun for the entire family. Anchoring the event are horror movies every Saturday night as part of Svengoolie and House of Svengoolie.
