Apple TV+ has contracted a first-look deal for film and television products with Martin Scorsese. The producer’s Sikelia Productions company will be calling the streaming platform home for the next few years after signing this multi-year deal with the Fruit, Deadline reports.

Apple already picked up one of Scorsese’s latest projects, Killers of the Flower Moon, a western starring Robert De Niro and Leonardo Di Caprio as the lead roles. Paramount shopped the film around with Apple’s final winning bid reportedly at about $180 million to $200 million. With its acquisition for Killers of the Flower Moon, the current plan is for Apple to finance and take lead on creative and production, while Paramount will distribute the finished film in theaters before it hits Apple TV+ for streaming. No release date has been announced yet.

Scorsese has collaborated with streaming services in the past, most recently wrapping up a successful run with Netflix with his film The Irishman. The mobster drama carried some heavy hitters in its cast list, including Al Pacino, Robert De Niro, and Joe Pesci. Pacino Pesci each earned Oscar nominations for Best Supporting Actor for their roles in The Irishman and Martin Scorsese was nominated for Best Director for the Netflix original.
