Love “Big Brother”? You Will Soon Need a Subscription to Watch It

This marks the third major CBS show to only be available on their subscription streaming service. The new “Star Trek” and the spinoff of “The Good Wife” will both be only available on CBS All Access.

“‘Big Brother’ is an incredible success on the CBS Television Network and has always been ahead of its time when it comes to fan engagement,” said Marc DeBevoise, president and COO of CBS Interactive. “Already, the ‘Big Brother’ Live Feeds are some of the most popular content on CBS All Access and with this new digital edition we will explore ways to re-imagine this format for multiplatform audiences.”

According to The Wrap News Inc., a source at CBS says the new streaming season of “Big Brother,” which will stream online, will be a standalone show and “Big Brother” will return to CBS in the future. (http://www.thewrap.com/big-brother-digital-series-cbs-all-access/)

“Big Brothers’” eighteenth season is currently airing, and it has been in the top 10 rankings for adults 18–49 for almost every episode.

The new CBS All Access only season of “Big Brother” will start airing on September 28, 2016.
