Larry the Cable Guy is Coming Back to TV With a New Series

Comedian Larry the Cable Guy is set to host a new series, American Mayhem. The syndicated launch of the series is set for this fall and Larry the Cable Guy has signed on for 52 episodes.

“We’re excited to team up with Larry, CBS Media Ventures, and a soon to be revealed premier partner on American Mayhem, celebrating amazing creator content filmed in big cities and small towns from across the country,” said John Stevens, CEO of V10 Entertainment. “Larry is a comedy force and we are thrilled to share what it looks like when you add his POV to a series that you just can’t script.”

American Mayhem will combine the humor that Larry the Cable Guy’s fans love with a collection of funny and relatable clips collected from across the country. The series will have a blue collar comedy feel, presented with Larry’s authenticity. Described as “turning everyday chaos into a celebration of real people, real places, and real American mayhem,” the clips will show backyard projects, family shenanigans, pets stealing the spotlight, and more everyday scenes of life going awry that end in laughter.

Here’s what Larry the Cable Guy had to say about the series. “Situations that go off the rails have always been prime entertainment, (as long as it’s not you!) and my new show American Mayhem is just that: a laugh a minute while you wipe yer eyes safely at home! (Don’t worry no one got bad hurt except you may pull a stomach muscle!).”

Before the series comes to TV screens later this year, you can catch Larry the Cable Guy’s most recent special It’s A Gift on Prime Video.
