‘Jungle Cruise’ is Available for Preorder on Disney+ with Premier Access

One of Disney’s biggest blockbuster films of the summer is just around the corner. The family adventure movie Jungle Cruise starring Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Emily Blunt premieres Friday, July 30 in theaters as well as same-day streaming on Disney+ with Premier Access.

Disney+ subscribers can preorder Jungle Cruise now for $29.99 so it’s ready to go on July 30. Once you have Premier Access to Jungle Cruise, you can watch as many times as you want on any platform where Disney+ is available. Aside from Premier Access, Jungle Cruise will be available to all Disney+ subscribers on November 12, 2021, at no additional cost.

Inspired by the Disney theme park ride Jungle Cruise, the film stars Dwyane Johnson as the charismatic riverboat captain skipper Frank Wolff and Emily Blunt as research explorer Dr. Lily Houghton as they set off on an Amazon-jungle expedition. Also starring in the film are Edgar Ramirez, Jack Whitehall, with Jesse Plemons, and Paul Giamatti.

This is the latest film to debut with a same-day streaming release alongside a theatrical debut amid the changing movie premiere landscape. The film was originally set to debut in theaters on July 24, 2020, but, like most movies last year, got postponed by the pandemic.
