Huluween 2020 Features a Drive-In Movie, Virtual Haunted House & More

Hulu’s October event ‘Huluween’ is back for a third year, this time with even more to offer viewers. This year, the Huluween sections is full of new Originals, including Books of Blood, Hellstrom Season 1, 22 hair-raising installments of the thriller/horror event series Into the Dark from prolific, award-winning producer Jason Blum’s Blumhouse Television.

Hulu is also premiering a new family-friendly Original, Madagascar: A Little Wild “A Fang-Tastic Halloween, from DreamWorks Animation starting October 21.

Beginning Thursday, October 8, Hulu will launch “The Screamlands,” which sounds to be an online virtual haunted house, something Hulu is describing as an “immersive, 360-degree online experience.” The virtual walkthrough is complete with five different doors to enter, like “Bad Hair Hellway” and “Huluween Hall.”

And last but not least, if you live in the Los Angeles are, Hulu is hosting a drive-in theater event October 22nd-25th at the LA Equestrian Center. The event will feature including an immersive haunted drive-through, special screenings of Hocus Pocus, Hulu Original Books of Blood, Beetlejuice, I Know What You Did Last Summer and Carrie (1976), plus there’s even a DJ on Thursday and Sunday.

Tickets are free and can be claimed now at huluween.com. Better hurry though, each night is capped at 150 cars.
