Hulu’s New Live TV Service Has Started Beta Testing on a New Device

It looks like Hulu is getting close to adding one more device to its new Hulu app and live TV streaming service. Currently, Hulu supports Apple TV, Xbox One, Chromecast, and Fire TV with its new app.

Now Cord Cutters News has confirmed that Hulu has started beta testing the new app and live TV streaming service on Roku streaming players.

Update: Hulu has confirmed that they have rolled out a beta test for Roku streaming players.

Hulu has not listed any roll out time for the new live TV streaming service and new Hulu app to be added to Roku streaming players, but it did say it will “continue to roll out to more devices soon.” So what does soon mean? Currently, the new Hulu app on Roku is in closed public testing with hand picked testers.

We will have to wait and find out, but it looks like it is well on its way to releasing a new Roku channel.
