Hulu’s New 14-Day Grid Guide For Live TV is Now Rolling Out on iOS

Veronica Mars HuluHulu has just started rolling out the new grid guide to iOS devices including the iPad and iPhone. Note that the new feature seems to be slowly rolling out which likely means Hulu is doing A/B testing of this new feature, so don’t be surprised if you don’t see the guide right now. You’ll get the update soon.

Here is what you will find in the new updated Hulu app:

Here is what Hulu posted on Reddit when they first announced this roll out for Roku devices a few weeks ago:

It’s been quite a while since CES, and there’s been a whole lot of chatter about when the new guide is coming. We heard you, and well, we did it you guys! The new Live Guide is ready for Hulu + Live TV subscribers on Hulu.com today, and we’ll be rolling it out to more devices in the coming months.

With this latest release, you can plan 2 weeks of streaming ahead of time, go to the details page, and record, all right from the guide. You’ll also be able to check and see if that one game is blacked out in your area (with plenty of time to get to the bar before kickoff, just in case). If you’re not sure exactly what you’re looking for, you’ll find Live TV genre collections to help you narrow things down and save you some scrolling.
