Hulu’s Live TV Service Will Be Performing Maintenance Tonight (Some Blackouts Are Possible)

BOB'S BURGERSToday Hulu announced that they will be performing scheduled maintenance that may result in some channels being unavailable for a few hours late tonight. Between the hours of 11:30 pm and 2:30 am Pacific tonight September 19th and Thursday, September 20th select channels may be unavailable on Hulu.

In a statement on Hulu’s official support Twitter account Hulu posted:

Heads up for our Live TV subscribers! Due to scheduled maintenance by our technical partner, some ESPN, Disney, Telemundo, ABC, and FOX channels will not be available late Wednesday and Thursday night between 11:30 pm and 2:30 am PT. We appreciate your patience!

*Note as best we can tell this is only for Hulu’s live TV streaming service. On-demand content should not be affected by this scheduled maintenance.

Maintenance like this is not new to streaming. Cable companies have often performed maintenance late at night to limit any possible disruptions. Now don’t look for any noticeable changes from this maintenance. If anything you may see an increase in stability in your streaming experience.
