Now this is not the new live TV service. Hulu’s PlayStation app will only work for Hulu’s Limited Commercials or No Commercials on-demand subscribers. This is the first time Hulu has rolled out their new user interface without also including live TV support.
With Hulu’s new user interface on PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 will include:
- Home for the most timely and relevant content, specific to you based on your viewing history and preferences
- My Stuff for the things you’ve selected to keep track of and will remember what you’ve already watched, what you have left to finish and let you know what’s expiring soon. When you first start using the new Hulu experience, we’ll offer to import your profile’s Watchlist into My Stuff.
- Browse for exploring the entire Hulu library
- Search for finding a specific title
PS4™ and PS3™ users can still personalize their Hulu experience by adding premium add-ons such as HBO®, Cinemax® and SHOWTIME® and get on-demand access to their favorite premium series, films and specials from each network.
