Discovery and Hulu have come to an agreement on terms for keeping Discovery owned channels on Hulu’s live TV lineup after reports last week that the channels would be removed from the streaming service.

While the deal will keep the live channels on Hulu with Live, on demand content will be leaving the service, Bloomberg reports. That content will move to Discovery+.

Discovery’s live channels that will remain on Hulu include HGTV, TLC, and Food Network, according to a source for Bloomberg, along with the addition of Oprah’s OWN network. Shows that will be removed from the on demand library will include “90 Day Fiance” and “Fixer Upper,” two titles that Discovery has been leaning on to promote its own streaming service.

Discovery is building its content library, offering exclusive access to many of its shows on demand and introducing new series, including spinoffs of some of its most popular reality TV shows. In May, Discovery is introducing two “90 Day Fiance” spinoffs – “90 Day Journeys: Couples Updates” and “90 Day: Foody Call”. Other titles arriving in May include “Chopped Next Gen,” a spinoff of “Chopped,” and “Apocolypse 45” about the end of WW II.
