It seems that Hulu’s new app that will be available for all users at some point in the future is getting closer to being ready. Now Hulu is asking current subscribers if they would be willing to help test out this new app.
To find out exactly what was happening we talked with Hulu. They told Cord Cutters News this new round of beta invites is not for the live TV streaming service they are working on. Anyone who gets into this beta program will only get the same video on demand content that anyone can get. What you will get is a brand new user interface and experience from the Hulu app.
If you want to become a member of this new beta program make sure to watch your email for a survey. That survey could lead to a invite to participate in the new Hulu beta app program.
This marks one more step in what seems to be a massive effort to improve and grow the Hulu experience. From a new app to a new live TV option, Hulu seems like it will be a very different service in a few months.
