Hulu is Offering Black Friday Subscribers a Free Roku Express if They Renew

Did you take advantage of the $0.99 Hulu Black Friday deal last year? Well, that deal is almost over, and Hulu wants to keep you as a subscriber once you have to start paying $5.99 a month. Today Hulu has begun to email customers who have the $0.99 Hulu Black Friday deal for the limited commercial plan an offer for a free 2019 Roku Express if they renew for three more months at full price.

Here is the email Hulu sent out to eligible subscribers today:

Last year you signed up for Hulu’s Black Friday offer, so this holiday season we had to top it. Keep enjoying your Hulu (ad-supported) plan for three more months – with the largest streaming library and Hulu Originals – and we’ll send you a Roku Express, on us*.

If Hulu does run a new Black Friday deal, anyone with last year’s offers likely will not be eligible. Last year the deal was only good for new subscribers and former Hulu subscribers who had not been subscribed in over 12 months. So this may be the best Black Friday Hulu deal current subscribers will be able to take advantage of. The good news is you have some time to decided as the offer does not end until after Black Friday. So you have time to wait and see if Hulu makes any new Black Friday offers.

It is important to note this deal is only good if you have the current Hulu Black Friday offer and the link in the email you will receive will only work for your account.
