With March Madness less than a week away, 19 women’s college basketball teams are trying to win their conference tournaments to automatically qualify for a bid in the 2022 Women’s Division 1 Basketball Tournament.

13 teams have secured a bid by winning their conference championships: Belmont (Ohio Valley), Kentucky (SEC), Stanford (Pac-12), Iowa (Big Ten), NC State (ACC), Mercer (Southern), UMass (Atlantic 10), Longwood (Big South) UT Arlington (Sun Belt), UConn (Big East), IUPUI (Horizon), South Dakota (Summit), and Gonzaga (WCC).
