How to Watch Trail Blazers at Thunder, Nuggets at Celtics & More NBA Games on February 16

Week 9 of the 2020-21 NBA regular season continues tonight with a lineup of 6 games, including two nationally broadcasted games. Tonight’s schedule includes 4 former NBA MVPs and the reigning and defending NBA champions. TNT will be the home of tonight’s national doubleheader with the first game tipping off at 8 p.m. ET. Former AAU teammates and the top 2 picks of the 2019 NBA Draft will go head-to-head during the early game when Zion Williamson’s 11-15 Pelicans travel to FedEx Forum to take on Ja Morant’s 11-11 Grizzlies. The Pelicans have lost 6 of their last 7 road games and are on a 3-game road losing streak. The Grizzlies are coming off a big Valentine’s Day 124-110 victory against the Kings.

The late game on TNT will tip-off at 10:30 p.m. ET when the 17-9 Suns host the 17-12 Nets. The Suns have risen to the occasion by winning 9 of their last 10 and are currently on a 6-game winning streak. All-Star Devin Booker has led the club in scoring over the course of the streak. Kevin Durant, James Harden, and Kyrie Irving, aka The Notorious B.I.G. 3 of Brooklyn have won their last 3 games and have been victorious in their last 5 games against Western Conference opponents.

There’s only one noteworthy game around the league tonight. At 7 p.m. ET, the 15-11 Nuggets begin their 3-game east coast road trip against the 13-13 Celtics on Altitude and NBC Sports Boston. The Nuggets have won their last 3 games and are coming off of a huge 122-105 win against the Lakers. The Celtics haven’t been as lucky. they’ve only won 1 out of their last 4 games and need to turn things around to stay in the playoff race.
