Fiserv Forum in Milwaukee, Wisconsin will be home to the first Republican primary debate of 2023. Fox News Channel (FNC) will cover the event with Bret Baier as moderator joined by Martha MacCallum.

To qualify for the debate at Fiserv Forum, each candidate must reach at least 1 percent in multiple eligible poles, amass at least 40,000 donors and pledge their support to whoever wins the GOP nomination. The following candidates qualified for the debate according to the RNC:
