How to Watch Panthers-Hurricanes, 2023 Eastern Conference Finals Live Without Cable

The NHL postseason tournament continues as the 2023 Stanley Cup Playoffs head into the Conference Finals round, with a matchup between the Carolina Hurricanes (M1) and Florida Panthers (WC2) in the Eastern Conference Finals.

After finishing the regular season at the top of the Metropolitan Division, the 52-21 Carolina Hurricanes have bullied their way through the playoffs. As one of the best teams in hockey, the Hurricanes defeated the New York Islanders in round one, 4-2, and then made quick work of the New Jersey Devils, 4-1, in the second round. They’ll have a home-ice advantage against the Florida Panthers, and they won 2 of the 3 regular season matchups against the IceCats.

At 42-32, Panthers finished the regular season in fourth place in the Atlantic Division. The IceCats secured the second wildcard spot in the Stanley Cup Playoffs and shocked the NHL by upsetting their way to the ECFs. In the first round, the IceCats upset the Atlantic Division champion Boston Bruins, 4-3, and then followed that with a ferocious victory over the division’s runner-up Toronto Maple Leafs, 4-1, in the second round.
