How to Watch the New Years Eve Ball Drop in Times Square on Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS, Android, & More

Girl watching TV2019 is coming to an end and it’s time to celebrate. Many channels will be reporting live from the event, with music, celebrity guests, and coverage from New York City leading up to the ball drop at midnight. Here’s how you can stream the New Year’s Eve festivities.

Dick Clark’s New Year’s Rockin’ Eve with Ryan Seacrest airs on ABC on December 31 starting at 8 p.m. EST. You can stream ABC live with Hulu with Live, AT&T TV NOW, Vidgo, and YouTube TV. ABC’s event will be hosted by Ryan Seacrest, featuring Ciara, Lucy Hale, and Billy Porter as co-hosts.

NBC’S New Year’s Eve will air 10-11 p.m. and 11:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. EST. Look for NBC on Sling TV, Hulu with Live, AT&T TV NOW, YouTube TV, and fuboTV. Carson Daly, Chrissy Teigen, and Leslie Jones will host.

Fox’s New Year’s Eve with Steve Harvey will begin at 8 p.m. EST with host Steve Harvey and co-host Maria Menounos. You can watch Fox live with Sling TV, Hulu with Live, Vidgo, AT&T TV NOW, YouTube TV, and fuboTV.

For many antenna users, these channels are available for free. You can always use a device like a Tablo DVR or HDHomeRun to stream your antenna to a Roku, Fire TV, or Apple TV. Check out Antenna Web to find out what you can get with an antenna where you live.

You can also catch a live webcast of the event online. Jonathan Bennet will host as the webcast gives viewers full coverage of musical guests and all the excitement, live and commercial free.

The Times Square 2020 Webcast will begin at 6 p.m. ET on December 31 and end at 12:15 a.m. on January 1, 2020 ET. The show will be streamed live on multiple websites, including TimesSquareNYC.org, NewYearsEve.nyc, Livestream.com/2020 and TimesSquareBall.net.
