How to Watch HBO After Sling TV & DISH Dropped the Channel

Recently AT&T and DISH got into a fight over a new contract for AT&T. According to DISH, AT&T is demanding that DISH guarantee a set number of HBO subscribers among other issues—something DISH and Sling TV are unwilling to do.

So, what can you do if you want to watch HBO now that Sling TV and DISH no longer offer the channel? The good news is you have two options to watch HBO.

HBO has a streaming service that will give you everything on HBO that Sling TV would have given you. HBO NOW can be subscribed to as a standalone app for $15 a month or through Amazon Prime Channels and viewed through the Amazon Prime App.

With this app you get both live and on-demand access to HBO content for the same price as HBO through Sling TV. Although this means you have a second app it will allow you to still access HBO as a Sling TV or DISH customer.
