The Big Ten will be spotlighted in a matchup between two Top 15 programs. The #14 Michigan State Spartans will travel to the Kohl Center in Madison, Wisconsin to take on #8 Wisconsin Badgers in a pivotal conference matchup.

At 14-3, the Spartans are putting together a strong campaign after a disappointing 2020-21 season that saw the team go 15-13. Led by Hall of Fame coach Tom Izzo, the Spartans are 3rd in the Big Ten and have won 9 of their last 10 games. They’re coming off of a 64-62 loss against an unranked Northwestern team. The Spartans were ranked at 10 but after their home loss against Northwestern, they’ve dropped to 14 and will look to get a big road win tonight to climb back into the top 10.

At 15-2, the Badgers are on a 7-game winning streak and are the top team in the Big Team. The Badgers are coming off an 82-76 road victory over Northwestern. Wisconsin has been dominant at home, they’re 8-1 at the Kohl Center and haven’t lost on their homecourt since November 15. Their only loss in the Big Ten was a road loss against #21 Ohio State back in December.
