Playstation vue logoOne of the most convenient features of many streaming devices is the ability to use voice commands with streaming services. With a PlayStation Vue account, you can use voice-controlled commands on Amazon Fire TV, Android TV, Apple TV, and Apple mobile devices.

Here’s how you can control your content with your voice on PlayStation Vue.

Amazon Fire TV

With Alexa, you can use your voice to find content and control playback. To use voice commands, press and hold the voice button on your Alexa Voice Remote and tell Alexa what you want to do. Alexa will answer back through your TV.

To select a channel, use that channels call sign with a command like “Alexa, go to ESPN on PlayStation Vue.

While watching, you can use the following commands.

Android TV

With Google Assistant, you can control your TV with your voice on Android TVs. Press the microphone button on your Android TV remote. On a Nvidia Shield TV, use the phrase “OK Google.”

After setting up Google Assistant with your device, you can choose programs using the name of the program. For example “ OK Google, find Handmaid’s Tale.”

While watching, you can use “Play” and “Pause” to control the content.

Apple TV

Apple TV uses Siri to give voice command abilities with PlayStation Vue. With voice-enabled Apple TV remotes, you can hold down the Siri button to start using voice commands. These are the options you’ll have to control video playback.

Apple Devices

If you’re using an Apple mobile device, you’ll have several different voice command options.

To choose programs, use the name of the program. For example, “Siri, play Game of Thrones on PlayStation Vue.”

You can control video playback with the following commands.
