When Netflix announced its plan to release at least one new movie every week this year, movie fans everywhere buckled up for the ride. April alone is getting a dozen new originals to keep you going through the month, starting with the eery drama Coven of Sisters about Spanish women accused of witchcraft who lure their inquisitor into witnessing the witches’ Sabbath to postpone their execution.
Other notable premieres include Thunder Force starring McCarthy and Octavia Spencer, Ride or Die, and Idris Elba’s Concrete Cowboys which is definitely giving ‘Old Town Road’ vibes.
