Here Are The Movies That Left Disney+ in January 2020

After launching less than two months ago in November 2019, Disney+ is already removing some titles from its content library.

Reddit user Orikon419 posted about the titles being removed from the platform, in addition to several that have already been reported as being removed.

These are the films that have been removed so far:

The change is confusing to some viewers who are asking why the streaming service would need to remove content when Disney owns it. According to the Reddit post, another Reddit user contacted Disney+ support to ask about missing titles and was told they were gone for technical reasons, without any further explanation.

The removal of some titles could have to do with licensing deals that were in place before Disney+ launched in November. In the Reddit thread, viewers outside of the US have commented that they still have the titles listed above, leading us to believe Disney has deals to make those films available on other platforms like Netflix in the US.
