fuboTV Launches on Xbox One

FuboTV announced today that It will be available on gaming consoles for the first time, with the launch of the live TV streaming service on Xbox One devices.

fuboTV offers sports, news, and entertainment channels. The service is now available on Xbox One X and Xbox One S, where users can stream 4K content and UHD 4K.

“At a time when it’s more important than ever to stay informed with the latest news and be entertained at home with movies, TV shows and the coming return of live sports, we’re thrilled to bring the fuboTV app to the Xbox One,” said Min Kim, vice president of business development, fuboTV.

With a fuboTV subscription on Xbox One, you’ll get:

fuboTV will be updating the app in the coming months to optimize it for Xbox users. Those updates will include integrating features on the Xbox One remote control and improving load times with less buffering.

“Microsoft makes it easy for us to bring our HTML5 TV application to their platform. We’ll continue to iterate on the app to leverage even more Xbox One features.” He added: “This is just the beginning! We look forward to bringing fuboTV’s HTML 5 TV application to even more platforms, including other gaming consoles and smart TVs,” said Geir Magnusson Jr., CTO, fuboTV.
