fuboTV Plans to Offer New Personalized Recommendations

Ever struggle to find something to watch? Well, fuboTV wants to help you find not only the sporting event you want but the TV shows you also want. Now with over 70 live TV channels fuboTV plans to add personalized recommendations to their new “featured” section.

This new featured section will promote sports, movies, and TV shows. Over the next few months, fuboTV subscribers will see their recommendations become more personalized. Well it may not be here today you should expect to see it later this year.

In a statement sent to Cord Cutters News today, fuboTV said “fuboTV is launching a new home page timed to World Cup designed to highlight not only the World Cup and other content that makes up the 30,000 sports events per year on the service, but also the breadth of general entertainment and news it offers. This includes broadcast networks CBS, FOX, NBC and The CW as well as dozens of channels from AMC, Bravo, Food Network, History and USA to Fox News, MSNBC and The Weather Channel.”

This new featured section will start to roll out today on web browsers. Soon all mobile apps will be updated to add a featured section followed by support for other devices.

Update: fuboTV contacted Cord Cutters News to clarify that personalization will roll out later this year. For now the Featured Content will not be personalized based on what you watch.
