fuboTV Has Moved NBA TV from Basic Package to Add-On Packages

fuboTV logoacfuboTV has moved the NBA TV channel from their Standard package, and the channel is now available only through the Sports Extra or the fubo Extra add-on packages.

Previously, fuboTV Standard subscribers got the channel with their basic package, which costs $54.99/month. Now, those subscribing to fuboTV will need to add the Sports Plus with NFL RedZone package for an additional $10.99/month or the fuboTV Extra add-on for an additional $5.99/month to get NBA TV.

It looks like current fuboTV subscribers who currently have the Standard plan still have NBA TV available on their lineup. As of February 1st, new subscribers coming to fuboTV have to subscribe to the add-ons to access the channel.

This change is coming just a few months after the NBA made it easier for basketball fans to watch games. In October 2019, the NBA made NBA TV available as a standalone service for $7/month or $59.99/year. The new service is part of the NBA League Pass service, allowing fans to watch out of market games through the app. Previously, cord cutters would need a subscription to service like Sling TV, YouTube TV, or fuboTV to watch.
