Frndly TV The Live TV Streaming Service Is Rolling Out Improvements Tonight (Some Account Changes Will Be Unavailable Tonight)

Are you a Frndly TV customer? The $6.99 live TV streaming service is very popular with cord cutters and today it announced some improvements will be rolled out tonight. To do that, starting at 3 a.m. Eastern, subscribers will be unable to make changes to their account for a few hours. If you are currently subscribed, you will be able to continue to watch as usual but will be unable to make changes to your account overnight.

Frndly TV has confirmed to Cord Cutters News that these improvements will help improve its back end. Allowing it to better handle the growing demand from its subscribers.

This comes as Frndly announced it will be adding a new channel next month called MeTV+. MeTV+ that launched back in 2021 as a sister channel to MeTV. Originally MeTV+ launched in just two markets of Chicago and Phoenix, but now has expanded to 30 markets around the United States. Now for the first time, it will be streaming online with Frndly TV as the very first streaming service to offer the channel.

This is MeTV’s second attempt to launch a second over-the-air TV channel or OTA. The first attempt MeTV Too shutdown back in 2013. The channel offers a huge collection of classic shows like T.J. Hooker, Mod Squad, Mission: Impossible, Space 1999, The Andy Griffith Show, and more. You can find the full schedule on MeTV’s website HERE.
