Fox Is Cutting the Number of Commercial Breaks in the Next Years Super Bowl

The imaginary stadium is modelled and rendered.Good and bad news for football fans. After growing push back from fans, Fox and the National Football League have agreed to cut the number of commercial breaks, but they will be longer. Overall the number of ads will be the same but there won’t be as many interruptions in the game.

The question now is how will football fans respond to longer commercial breaks but fewer of them. Will this be a success as fans head to the kitchen for food? Or will this upset fans?

This all comes as TV executives struggle to compete against a growing number of options for viewers. How can we make a profit but not push away our fans?

What do you think of Fox’s move to cut the number of breaks but keep the number of ads? Leave us a comment and let us know what you think.
